Our Work Process
Experience has taught us that the video production process should be a collaborative and transparent experience. Our tried-and-true, simple, straightforward approach ensures consistently engaging content, is reliably delivered within schedule and budget constraints. Throughout this process, our team will be sure to keep you in the know every step of the way.
Effective briefs are crucial for guiding successful videos. They typically include a quick overview, providing background and objectives. A short brand statement sets the tone, while key challenges to be resolved are outlined. This is where the outline of the events in animation is created, including dialogue, suggested sound effects, and music. It’s a crucial element in creating a killer explainer video, animation, or brand video.
01
Script
After the script, a visual style is created based on the brand guidelines. Based on the brand guidelines, this will include character design, ‘eye candy’, illustrations, text, props, background colors, and icons. We are creating a high-level framework for the animation.
02
Style & Design
This section presents the visual representation of the script in the form of a storyboard. We create complete graphic assets at this stage. It serves as a comprehensive document showcasing the desired look, feel, and narrative flow of the video, scene by scene. Similar to a map, the storyboard guides the team through the animation process, ensuring coherence and alignment with the intended vision until reaching the final product.
03
Storyboarding
During voiceover recording, a professional voice artist or narrator reads the script aloud, bringing the narrative to life with their vocal delivery. The recording takes place in a dedicated studio equipped with high-quality microphones to ensure clear, crisp audio. We have professional voiceover artists according to your language, gender, and specific accent requirements for the video.
04
Voiceover
Following the approval of the script and storyboard, the animation phase involves the creation of movement, turning static designs and elements into dynamic sequences. Animation begins with the development of keyframes or key poses. These keyframes are then interpolated to create smooth transitions and fluid motion. This is where the magic truly happens in bringing a project to life.
05
Animation
After the animation is approved, the project moves into its final stage. This crucial phase involves the synchronization and fine-tuning of the sound mix, background music, and sound effects (optional), all of which contribute to the immersive auditory experience. Once the process is complete, the finalized video is submitted for your review and feedback. Any necessary final revisions are done, resulting in an impactful final product.
